dc.description.abstract | In the article, the development of a new qualification in ECE Pasifika is described. The authors present an indigenous Tongan and Maori critique that challenges the consultation process and methodological content of the new qualification. The notion of FetuiakiMalie is drawn upon to debunk the mainstream notion in education that culture is static, passionless, superior and universal. | |
