dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to provide a literature review ofl iving wage and the links to work-life balance, ,vith a specific focus and application towards China.Theliterature focuses on the perspectives of both employers (specifica1ly senior HR managers) and employees. In addition, the literature re view provides a critical and comparative review of the work-life balance literature and its application and integration into living wage and associated outcomes.
