The theme of this year‟s hui is „Beyond the Horizon‟. In our presentation today, I hope to take you beyond the horizon of your everyday work to consider changes in New Zealand society as well as recent research findings that make the work of the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind all the more important. I will also offer a renewed vision of the contribution each of you might make to the well-being of New Zealanders with visual impairment.Description
