dc.description.abstract[From "Preamble"] Building on the Violence Intervention Programme (VIP) evaluation conducted between 2020 and 2024, this report presents findings from an assessment of health system infrastructure supporting programme delivery in 2025. Data were collected through administration of the Delphi Tool during site visits undertaken across all 20 districts in Aotearoa New Zealand in 2026.
