With the affordances of the immersive technology of Virtual Reality, game designers are looking to find a new language for MMORPG narrative; one that matches the dynamic, non-linear and interactive nature of the medium. Using the context of commercial video game Orbus VR, this study attempts to create a story world that can navigate and work within the confines of Virtual Reality. The outcome of the research is presented as an online transmedia Story Bible, along with an exegesis to contextualise the study and identify some of the primary issues and themes to emerge.en_NZ
