Particular consideration is given to the lived body as intrinsic to experience and mediatory between self and world, and the durational nature of lived time. The practical investigation takes a phenomenological approach in focusing on the habitual modality of routinely walking from A to B, with the aim of attempting to understand my experiences while walking to and from work as examples of lived experience. Methods and processes that are reflective of a sense-making approach to understanding the livedness of everyday experience are employed.
