I invited the small group facilitators to write something of their experience. This paper describes some of what happened and how that has been understood by a few of us that held roles at the conference. I begin by describing the preparation for the conference; this is followed by the reflections from some of the small group facilitators and a representative from the Conference Organising Committee. I then offer my experience and thoughts, and end with a brief discussion of key themes present in what has been written. Copyright (c) 2016 Ata: Journal of Psychotherapy Aotearoa New Zealand.
