As data privacy concerns are highly prevalent in a time where data is a highly valuable asset and leveraged for organizational competitive advantage, this study seeks to evaluate the extent to which popular websites in these industries adhere to the legal requirements and industry best practices that are outlined in the latest Privacy Act using a content analysis questionnaire.
