The findings reveal a growing demand for Scrum Masters with a diverse skill set, including leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving, alongside Agile expertise. The results align with frameworks such as the Scrum Guide and SAFe, emphasizing the importance of practical experience and the Scrum Master’s role in driving organizational transformation and promoting Agile maturity.
