CITRENZ is a new organization with changed membership, and the impact of progressive funding constrictions imposed upon the ITP sector, have not aided its research mission. The metrics for PBRF itself have also changed which have impacted on the amount of information available, thus a direct comparison of sectoral performance between the two rounds is challenging.
