Grant of Licence

As per the Open Scholarship Policy, the administrators of Tuwhera* are hereby granted
permission to store, copy, and manage the files in the repository in order to ensure that they
can be preserved for future use. This licence is designed to give the Tuwhera staff the right to do
this, and to confirm that you have the right to submit the material to the repository. Tuwhera
will investigate publishers’ copyright policies and work with you to resolve any issues before
uploading to the open access repository, although a different version of the output might be
required.

The licence is non-exclusive; you retain all your rights as copyright owner.

Declaration
1. This is my own work and I grant AUT a non-exclusive licence to store it and make it available
freely online.
2. To the best of my knowledge, the work does not infringe the copyright of any other person.
3. Where I am not the sole author of the work I have the authority of all the other authors to
grant this licence.

*Tuwhera (Open Research and Open Theses & Dissertations) is the central archive and open access repository
for the long term preservation of AUT research and scholarly output administered by AUT Library staff. It
contains the research outputs, such as journal articles and conference papers, of AUT's staff as well as doctoral
and masters theses and dissertations deposited with AUT Library.
